For the most part, seeing designs based on business requirements often bridge the gap between goals and expectations. This can often involve multiple iterations of collecting feedback and incorporating them into the next version.

 

Prototypes

One key design screens have been established, the need to see how a product serves a particular use case can best be done in a prototype so that context can be established between screens.

While the big picture is often defined in schematics and flows set out by product owners, there is a follow-through necessary whereby we provide a detailed interpretation so that it can be validated in development.

Challenge

We needed to establish a clearer process for selecting and installing technology onsite, then to be able to provide the customer with status and performance metrics.

Solution

We created a customer portal that provided an easy entrance into a comprehensive setup process, which will bring the user to a dashboard where they will be able to see the progress of installation as well as see key performance indicators.

Challenge

Verizon was adding functionality and value to its outreach to small business owners. Namely by facilitation of business mentors, allowing Verizon customers to find a mentor and contribute to the relationship.

Solution

Through the help of a 3rd party product, we crafted a service that contained functionality that served as the MVP while folding in Verizon’s standard look and feel.

Verizon has the best connectivity solution in the nation, and they could provide a powerful benefit to businesses. What was important was helping business owners to get what they need from POS, Credit Card processing and a myriad of other services.

Business Direction
