Starting from the platform that already integrated with the Enterprise suite, we build a stripped-down version that could run smoothly on a tablet and need only to display a small portion of what the enterprise product provided. Beyond innovating the performance dashboard, the UX was easy to design.
Challenge
Beyond building tools for hosting virtual auctions, there was a need for event managers to monitor the event to provide any live support.

Wireframes
The Global Site followed a strict set of information presentation standards, and so a great deal of work involved working inside those restriction. It started with simply adding standard components, and then fleshing out.
Note in these wireframes, when color was not shown to imply content, blue was used to show linking and movement.
A great deal is gained when stakeholders and subject matter experts are able to understand the process of card sorting as it relates to world building. Team members want to see how they can bring more value.
So much of content design can be benefited by rolling up your sleeves and digging in. Not trying to change anything, just learn what it is. Then organize without re-writing. So we can get to see what it is right now.
